Not completely happy with your order? You have the right to exchange or return your products within 30 days of receiving them.

Cancelling your order

At Ayurveda Heritage we process every order with great care. Because every piece is handcrafted and carefully prepared and packed, it can sometimes take a little longer before your order ships.

Want to cancel your order? That's possible within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we start making and packing your order straight away, and unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled.

Please note: once your order has shipped, we can no longer stop or cancel it. You can, however, return it after you receive it, in line with the return conditions below.

Exceptions

Some exceptions apply to this right (in accordance with Article 8 of our General Terms and Conditions). These are products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed or used after delivery.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once used or unsealed:

  • Tongue scrapers
  • Gift cards

Tongue scrapers can only be returned if:

  • The product is unused
  • The original packaging is intact
  • The seal has not been broken

Exercising your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, unless stated otherwise in these conditions.

To exercise this right, simply email us at support@ayurveda-heritage.co with your order number. We'll confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without undue delay, sent to the email address you used for your order.

How do I return a product?

  1. First check that your product is eligible for return under the conditions above.
  2. Make sure the product is complete, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.
  3. Register your return by emailing support@ayurveda-heritage.co and follow the instructions you receive.
  4. Send your return within 14 days of letting us know, using a tracked service. The cost of returning the product is at your expense.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we'll refund the amount you paid to your original payment method as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal.

Received a faulty product?

Did your product arrive faulty or damaged? Please contact our customer service right away at support@ayurveda-heritage.co, ideally with a photo. We'll of course help you as quickly as possible with a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
